TOM'S SHOW WAS EXCELLENT AND THERE WAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
IN THE CHOICE OF SONGS PRESENTED.  SOME WERE MORE FORMAL FROM
THE STAGE WHILE OTHERS WERE INFORMAL AS HE WORKED HIS WAY
THROUGH THE CROWD PERSONALIZING SOME OF THE SONGS AND
CHATTING WITH AUDIENCE MEMBERS.

MUTUAL ADMIRATION WAS APPARENT THROUGHOUT THE SHOW.  TOM
PERFORMED SONGS OF INSPIRATION AND SECULAR FAVORITES
TOO NUMEROUS TO MENTION, BUT CLOSED THE SHOW WITH
"GOD BLESS AMERICA".
IT BROUGHT THE AUDIENCE TO THEIR FEET WHILE TEARS GLISTENED
ON MANY FACES IN THE CROWD.

THE PHOTOS BELOW ARE NOT  WELKNOTES MEMBERS, BUT MADE
THIS CONCERT AN EVEN MORE WONDERFUL AND MEMORABLE EVENT.

EVERYONE LEFT THIS CONCERT WITH A WARM  AND CONTENTED FEELING OF APPRECIATION THANKS TO TOM NETHERTON,
A FAVORITE MEMBER OF THE WELK MUSICAL FAMILY
A DETERIORATING BUT STILL BEAUTIFUL FACADE OF THE BUILDING OPPOSITE THE MARYLAND THEATRE. IT FURTHER EMPHASIZES THE INTRICATE DESIGNS INCLUDED IN THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE ERA WHEN THE THEATRE WAS BUILT AND IS IN MANY WAYS SIMILAR TO THE ART WORK FOUND INSIDE THE MARYLAND THEATRE
